13th Annual Holy Family Ex-Students’ Football Tournament is open to all ex-students of Holy Family High School

(all mediums) & Junior College (CASTE, RELIGION, AGE, GENDER, SEX – NO BAR)
 
League tournament with 11 players (7+4 rolling subs) in each team

 
Venue:  Holy Family High School lower grounds, Andheri East, Mumbai
 
Date: Sunday, 14th September, 2025, 8 a.m. onwards

Refer tournament's rules and regulations below

​

  1. As is every year, this tournament is open to all ex-students of Holy Family High School (all mediums) & Jr. College (CASTE, RELIGION, AGE, GENDER, SEX – NO BAR).

  2. It is a league tournament with 11 players (7 + 4 rolling subs) on each team.

  3. The tournament will be held on the Holy Family High School lower ground, on Sun, 20th Oct'24, 8 a.m. 

  4. The lower ground will be divided into 2 halves and matches will be played in parallel.

  5. The tournament shall be played in accordance with prevailing football laws except where amended. There shall be no offside, no throw-in but kick-in.

  6. The size of the playing field shall be smaller than the size of the normal ground.

  7. All players have to wear football kits (jerseys) while playing. Footwear: Studs are not allowed, Canvas shoes and sport shoes are allowed.

  8. The duration of each match shall be 30 minutes (15 minutes a half).

  9. Drawn matches shall be decided by applying 3 kicks from the penalty mark, immediately after the match.

  10. Organizers will not be responsible & liable for any injuries sustained. Players will be playing at their own risk.

  11. Interpretation of the above rules, their construction and effects rests entirely with the Holy Family Ex-Students’ Committee and match authorities.

  12. Photo ID along with proof of being an ex-student is mandatory for all participants. (Ex-student ID card would suffice both purposes, in absence of which, school leaving certificate + govt. authority issued photo ID card). 

  13. All disputes to be resolved through discussion with the match authorities. Resorting to any other means may invite disqualification.

  14. Prizes: 1st place – Rs, 6,500/- ; 2nd place – Rs. 4,000/-

  15. This is based on 10 or more teams signing up. If the number of teams is less than 10, the prize money will be proportionately reduced.

  16.  If the number of teams total 16, which is also the max entries allowed, the prize money will be increased to Rs. 11,000/- and 6,250/- for the 1st and 2nd places, respectively.

  17.  Registration entries  (11 players: 7 + 4 subs per team) are open up to Fri 12th Sep'25 

  18.  Early-bird entry fee of ₹3,750/- is applicable up to Sun, 7th Sep'25, or for the first 4 teams – whichever criteria is met earlier.

  19. Teams submitting their entry forms and payment after early birds or between Mon, 8th Sep'25  & Fri 12th Sep'25, will have to register at ₹4500/-.

  20. Lots for draws will be held on Sat, 13th Sep'25 at 7.30 p.m. on the School premises. Captains and managers, or a representative, may be present. Consequently, no request for changes in the draw will be entertained.

  21.  All teams must report 30 minutes before their scheduled match timings (as per the draw). 10 minutes’ grace will be given. Failing to report within this timeframe may result in a walk-over for the opposition.
